Alright so This is the Start of a NEW 3/5/1 Cycle!! So I will be posting exactly how I run 3/5/1 with added singles! Every Exercise, Set, and Rep. 

 

3/5/1 --- 3's Week

 

Strict Standing Military Press

45--- 1 X 12

95--- 2 X 8

135-- 1 X 8

185-- 1 X 5

205-- 1 X 3

225-- 1 X 3

255-- 1 X 5

280-- 3 X 1

 

Floor Press

135-- 1 X 12

225-- 1 X 6

295-- 1 X 3

335-- 1 X 5

365-- 1 X 5

 

Tate Presses

30-- 1 X 12

45-- 1 X 12

55-- 1 X 11 ( Bad For Cut it  a Rep Short)

45-- 1 X 12 ( Dropped weight to increase quality of Form!)

 

Tricep Press Down

4 X 10-15

 

Today I was really trying to focus on the top end of my Bench Press!  Hence all the Floor Pressing and Tricep work.  Next Workout is Deadlift the lift I need to work on the most!
